sportsph may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an account, suspend an existing account, or close an account without providing a reason, subject to applicable law and the return of any legitimate balance held in the account.
All financial transactions on the sportsph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's banking section and may be updated from time to time.
sportsph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at sportsph's discretion. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant, while bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the sportsph Platform without the prior written consent of sportsph. Any unauthor ised use of sportsph's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sportsph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
sportsph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sportsph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
In no event shall sportsph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sportsph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination for cause, sportsph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold funds pending investigation. Any legitimate real-money balance remaining after the resolution of any investigation will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable legal requirements.
You may close your sportsph account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to you subject to standard withdrawal procedures and verification requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact sportsph in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. sportsph will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice of the issue.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of sportsph to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
