sportsph is committed to protecting the privacy and security of every member's personal information. This Policy applies to all personal data collected through the sportsph Platform, including data collected during account registration, gameplay, financial transactions, customer support interactions, and your general use of the Platform.

This Policy applies to all sportsph members and visitors located in the Philippines, including those accessing the Platform from Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and all other regions of the country. If you are accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines, please be aware that your data may be processed in the Philippines in accordance with Philippine law.

• Financial Data: GCash account number, PayMaya account details, bank account information (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other supported banks), transaction history, deposit and withdrawal records;
• Account Data: Username, encrypted password, account preferences, gaming history, bonus and promotion records, and responsible gaming settings;
• Technical Data: IP address, device type and identifier, browser type and version, operating system, time zone, and pages visited on the Platform;

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, sportsph will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.
